This prestigious grant offers Malaysians aged 22–35 the opportunity to engage in short-term international collaborative research and professional development.

- Eligibility:
- Malaysian citizens aged 22–35
- For academics: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- For professionals: Recognized professional standing with substantial accomplishments
- Fields of Study: Open to all disciplines, including sciences, arts, humanities, social sciences, and sports
- Attachment Duration: 3 to 6 months at internationally renowned institutions
