Eligibility Criteria:

Scientific Contribution: Nominees must have achieved one or more of the following:

Made a major scientific discovery enhancing scientific knowledge.

Solved a significant technological problem with an economically viable solution.

Developed an original, revolutionary, and important invention.

Nationality: Must be a Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia.

Nomination: Submissions must be made by an authorized representative of a scientific or professional institution or university in Malaysia of which the nominee is a member.

Complete the Form: Fill in all required details and secure necessary approvals and signatures from relevant institutions or authorities.

Submission Period: Nominations are accepted from January 1 to May 31, 2025. The online submission system will close automatically at midnight on May 31. Early submissions are encouraged to avoid any last-minute issues.

Acknowledgment: Upon successful submission, an acknowledgment email with a reference number will be sent for future correspondence.
