The Research Management Centre City University Malaysia (RMC City U) conducted a 3 full days workshop called “Research Bootcamp 2022” on 25, 26 and 27 April 2022 (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) from 10.00a.m. to 4.00p.m. at Auditorium, Block A, City University Malaysia. We were glad to have Dr Craig Selby, from the Orchan Consultation and Prof Geoffrey Williams as the invited speakers to share his knowledge and experience in research, publication and applying research funds.
This workshop was targeted to academicians of City University. The workshop attracted at average of 60 academicians from City University. This workshop was aimed at developing writing skills for scholarly journals, publication of research manuscripts and research funds applications. The knowledge gained from this workshop is crucial to encourage them to write and publish high quality academic papers in the right journals. The workshop also provided the participants an insights on methods and requirements in applying internal and external research funds.
